Let's Do a Spring Cleanse
During the big seasonal shifts (Winter to Spring and Summer to Fall), we are often inspired to cleanse our bodies and our homes. While many people go crazy with a cleanse/detox program. They subject themselves to very strict regimens of fasting, juicing, and even enemas. That is not my style. I am a fan of moderation and prefer a simple, gentle seasonal cleanse.
