One thing that stops people from doing yoga is thinking that thy have to change clothes, get out a mat, and set aside an hour to follow a video or attend a class. Therefore, if you want to do more yoga, start thinking of ways to insert just a few poses into your day.

When people ask me why I teach yoga, I answer "Because it is so good for you!" Take A Yoga Break
I created this short sequence, specifically as an office break. However, you can do this short sequence anytime you need yoga. Does 10 minutes feel like too much? Do just the standing poses. Or, do just the chair poses. Or, pick out just 2 or 3 of your favorites to do. Listen to your body and do a little yoga.
