Today I'm making a salad. Not a Plain-Jane boring salad, but a delicious and healthy super green salad with homemade falafel. I'm calling it a St. Paddy's Day salad for no other reason than it's March and the salad is all green.

This salad bowl is delicious but does require making several of the ingredients, so it is certainly not a quick weeknight meal, unless you do some of the prep ahead of time.

One of my all-time favorite things to make on the grill is pizza.

I picked up a big beautiful bunch of rainbow Swiss Chard at the farmers market and immediately began craving Greens and Beans.
