Making Guacamole From Scratch
It's almost Cinco de Mayo, the perfect day to enjoy some freshly made guacamole. However, you don't need to serve this only on the 5th of May; it's delicious anytime! And, as far as snacks go, it's pretty healthy too! In fact, did you know that a typical serving of avocado (1/3 of one) has only about 80 calories, 7g of healthy fat, 3g fiber and lots of essential vitamins.

Making Fish Taco Bowls
I love fish tacos, but I struggle to get all my desired toppings into a taco and therefore they tend to get messy to eat. So why not just put all the stuff in a bowl and eat it with a fork? Inspired by Buddha bowls, I decided to make a fish taco bowl.
