What do you buy for a friend or family member who already has everything? Instead of buying them another random gift that will just sit on a shelf, gift them something they can really enjoy.
Please note, that several of these are indeed pricy options, but can probably be implemented frugally. For example, rather than a cleaning service, offer a few hours of your time to clean for them. Rather than contracting with a meal delivery service, make a few freezer meals to stock them up with several meals.
