Self-Development Book Club - Meditations for Mortals
What was my eleventh self-development book for 2025? It is Meditations for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman. Whether you want to eat healthier, learn a new skill, declutter your house, or nurture some of your closest relationships, your habits will make or break your success.
