Grounding Meditation for Anxiety

Everybody has suffered from anxiety at some point. When I think back to moments when I have felt anxious and overwhelmed, I could feel my energy moving up and out. This would leave me feeling unmoored, frazzled, and restless.

Since anxiety moves our energy up and out, doing the opposite will help counteract the anxious thoughts and feelings. Sitting in meditation and consciously bringing our energy in and down will relax the body and calm the mind.
