Benefits of Elderberry Syrup

Elderberries themselves are full of antioxidants that boost your immune system. They are anti-inflammatory and downright delicious.

Raw Honey is also full of antioxidants, boosting your immune system. It is also soothing to sore throat and helps reduce colds. It is known for it's antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties.

Ginger is a gentle spicy herb that brings warmth while also soothing nausea and supporting digestion.

Cinnamon, Clove, Black Peppercorn are all chocked full of antioxidants adding even more immune boosting and anti-inflammatory properties to this syrup. Because these are such common spices, we often overlook how beneficial they are to the body.

Serving Suggestions

-Simply eat by the spoonful (1TBSP).

-Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.

-Drizzle over yogurt or oatmeal.

-Combine with Champagne or Prosecco for a festive cocktail.

-Drizzle into tea.
